Exhibition November 2004 My first solo exhibition was held in November 2004 at the Fine Art Gallery in Gibraltar. It takes many hours of hard work to carry out such an event. From the first day you decide to hold an exhibition, through to the opening night, the list of jobs you have to perform and achieve is amazing. Many of which are not related to photography at all. For example, in order to make the most people aware of my exhibition prior to the opening night, I had to become an advertising agent for myself, contacting all the different local media. I must have been a good PR officer because I managed to get all the advertising for free! In the end, all the hard work proofed to be very successful and I loved to read every day the wonderful comments people wrote in the visitors’ book. But the greatest satisfaction came from being able to sell many of my works. There is no greater compliment than someone who is prepared to pay for your work. Thank you all.
